At Wenzi Studio, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

All Wenzi scarves are digitally printed reproductions of the artist’s original hand-drawn artworks.
Each design is first created on paper using traditional media, then professionally scanned and printed onto high-quality Mulberry silk using advanced digital printing technology.
They are not hand-painted directly on the silk.
We clarify this to avoid any misunderstandings regarding the nature of our production method. Returns based on this expectation cannot be accepted.
Return Window:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Conditions for Returns:

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at the address provided above.
Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to our designated return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
